It all began with a grandmother and a television

I started sewing at 10 years old with my Grandma Betty Jo. I remember sitting at the machine she gave my mom as a wedding gift for my very first lesson. Growing up, I was inspired by Project Runway, Dresscue Me, Say Yes to the Dress, etc. and I dreamed of working as an artist in New York City. I learned my skill under the private mentorship of a master dress-maker, Aurora Barboza.

Fast forward to the present, and I’m living out my dreams. Nothing brings me greater joy than helping to bring your dreams come to life: whether its an avant-garde ceremony masterpiece or a party mini to dance the night away, let’s get make it magic.
